This trademark belongs to its owner. VIT Works (the provider of the Software "Timesheet Daily Report") has no capital relationship, business partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or any other affiliation with CrowdWorks, Inc. Any use of the trademark in the name or description of the Software is purely descriptive, referring to the service the Software interacts with, and does not imply endorsement or approval of the Software by that company.

2. Disclosure as an Unofficial Tool

The Software is an unofficial companion tool that reads work time from your CrowdWorks timesheet and generates a daily report. The Software is not officially provided, warranted, or supported by CrowdWorks, Inc., and is not offered by that company for use by third-party tools.

3. Possibility of the Software Ceasing to Function

The Software works by reading the timesheet content displayed by the CrowdWorks site. Because of this dependency, changes made by CrowdWorks, Inc. — including specification changes, screen changes, changes to their Terms of Service, or authentication method changes — may cause part or all of the Software's functionality to stop working without prior notice. The Provider does not guarantee that such issues will be fixed or that functionality will be restored.

4. Accuracy of Displayed Information

The work time and other figures the Software reads from and displays out of the timesheet are reference values based on reading the site's displayed content, and the Provider does not guarantee that they exactly match the information officially provided by CrowdWorks.
