VIT Works (the "Provider") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the desktop application "Timesheet Daily Report" (the "Software").

1. Information Collected and How It Is Obtained

To read work time from your CrowdWorks timesheet and generate a daily report, the Software handles the following information:

• CrowdWorks login and session information: The Software has you sign in yourself through a CrowdWorks screen that opens inside the app. You perform the sign-in; the Software never enters, stores, or transmits your credentials (ID and password) on your behalf.
• Timesheet display content: After you sign in, the Software reads the content displayed on your CrowdWorks timesheet (today's start and end times, today's work time, your monthly total and remaining time, contract names, etc.) and uses it to generate your daily report.

2. Destination and Scope of Data Transmission

For fetching the timesheet, the Software communicates only with the site operated by CrowdWorks (CrowdWorks, Inc.). It never transmits your timesheet content or login information to any server operated by the Provider or to any other third-party server.

3. Data Collection and Storage

The Provider does not collect or store the timesheet content or login information handled through use of the Software on any server managed by the Provider. The retrieved data and the generated reports are processed and stored solely on the user's local device.

4. Locally Stored Data

Report drafts and your input, and application settings such as project keywords, templates, filename formats, and output folders, are stored only on the user's local device. Generated reports are saved to the output folder you specify. None of this is transmitted externally.

5. Automatic Update Feature

The Software includes an automatic update feature that checks for the availability of a newer version and, if necessary, downloads an update package. This feature accesses Cloudflare R2 (a cloud storage service) for the distribution of update files. This communication includes only the minimal information necessary to check for updates (the current version number, OS type, etc.); it never includes login information or timesheet content.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies on This Website (Distribution Page)

The Software's distribution page (this website) may use cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) to improve the service, understand usage, and remember your language and consent settings.

• Cookies, local storage (localStorage), and similar technologies: May be used to remember your language and consent settings and to improve the service and understand usage. Such information is stored primarily on the visitor's own device.
• Web fonts: The page loads Google Fonts (provided by Google LLC) from an external server. In doing so, technical information such as the visitor's IP address is sent to the font-delivery server. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

7. Relationship with Third-Party Services

The handling of data on the side of CrowdWorks, with which the Software communicates, is governed by CrowdWorks' own privacy policy and terms of service. The Provider is not involved in, and bears no responsibility for, the handling of data on the part of that company.
