These trademarks belong to their respective owners. VIT Works (the provider of the Software "AI Usage Viewer") has no capital relationship, business partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or any other affiliation with either Anthropic or OpenAI. Any use of these trademarks in the name or description of the Software is purely descriptive, referring to the services the Software interacts with, and does not imply endorsement or approval of the Software by either company.

2. Disclosure of Unofficial API Usage

To display usage information (token usage, usage rate, etc.) for Claude Code and Codex, the Software may use interfaces (unofficial API endpoints) that are not officially published or guaranteed for general use by these companies. These interfaces are not provided or warranted by Anthropic or OpenAI for use by third-party tools such as the Software.

3. Possibility of the Software Ceasing to Function

Because the Software relies on the unofficial interfaces described above, changes made by Anthropic or OpenAI — including specification changes, changes to their Terms of Service, authentication method changes, or discontinuation of the relevant endpoints — may cause part or all of the Software's functionality to stop working without prior notice. The Provider does not guarantee that such issues will be fixed or that functionality will be restored.

4. Accuracy of Displayed Information

The token usage, usage rate, and other figures displayed by the Software are reference values obtained through unofficial means, and the Provider does not guarantee that they exactly match the billing or usage-limit information officially provided by Anthropic or OpenAI. For accurate usage and billing information, please refer to each company's official website or official tools.
