1. Information We Collect

This application handles the following information to provide and improve the service.

  • Video Data: When using AI analysis, recorded video files are sent to the AI service provider (Google LLC) for analysis. Video data is not stored on our servers and is deleted from temporary folders after processing.
  • Configuration Data: Settings such as language, export format preferences, and project structure are stored in a local database on your PC. API keys are securely stored in the OS credential store and are not sent automatically.
  • License Data: For billing and license verification, the purchase email address and an anonymous device identifier (a hash of hardware information) are sent to and stored by the payment service (Stripe, Inc.).
  • Log Data: Logs are stored locally to record app status and errors, and are used only for troubleshooting.
  • Cookies and Analytics: This website may use cookies or similar technologies to understand usage of the service.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

  • Providing and improving AI video analysis and annotation features
  • Verifying licenses and preventing abuse
  • Investigating failures and improving performance through logs
  • Restoring user settings and handling support requests

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties without consent except in the following cases:

  • AI service provider (Google LLC): video data is sent for AI analysis and annotation.
  • Payment service (Stripe, Inc.): email address and device identifier are sent for payment and license management.
  • When required by law.

4. Security

API keys are securely stored in the OS credential store. Configuration data is stored in a local database on your PC and is not kept on our servers. Video files are deleted after processing. When using AI features, please also review the policies of Google LLC and Stripe, Inc.

5. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised in response to legal or service changes. Important changes will be announced in the app or on the website.
