Record Your Screen
Record the workflow you want to document with your screen recorder, then import the video file (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV) by drag-and-drop or file selection.
AI Analyzes Automatically
Click 'Start Analysis' and AI will generate steps from your recording. Edit step text, swap images, and add annotations as needed.
Export Your Manual
Choose Word, PDF, or PowerPoint and export. Output is ready to share, print, or submit as-is.
FAQ
Yes. AI video analysis and AI auto-annotation use the Google Gemini API and require an internet connection. Editing and exporting can be done offline.
Credits are consumed when using AI analysis and AI annotation. They are consumed per use regardless of your subscription status. Additional credits can be purchased.
Major video formats are supported, including MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV. Videos recorded with your own screen recorder can be imported and analyzed directly.
Word (.docx) and PowerPoint (.pptx) are exported in standard Microsoft Office-compatible formats. PDF is the best format for printing and sharing.
This appears when you have no remaining credits for AI analysis or AI annotation. Purchase credits from the License tab in Settings. After purchasing, press the 'Check License' button on the same screen to refresh your balance.
Accuracy may decrease if UI elements in the screenshot are too small or overlapping. Try zooming in or cropping the image before re-analyzing, or add annotations manually.
