Article 1 (Agreement to These Terms)
By installing, using, or purchasing a license for this application, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Article 2 (Service Description)
This application provides screen recording analysis and automatic manual generation. AI-based video analysis and annotation features require an internet connection and consume credits.
Article 3 (License)
1. You can start using this application on the Free plan at no cost. Paid subscription plans are available: Basic ($5/month) and Pro ($10/month). There is no time-limited free trial; AI features are provided on a credit-consumption basis.
2. A license is tied to one device and activated via email address. You can re-activate on a different device using the same email address.
3. AI features (video analysis, AI annotation) consume credits. Credits are consumed per use regardless of subscription status and must be purchased separately.
4. Credits purchased are non-refundable after confirmed use.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in the following conduct when using this application:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to analyze the source code
- Unauthorized copying, lending, transferring, or selling of licenses
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights and interests of third parties
Article 5 (Suspension and Termination)
We may suspend use of the application or terminate the agreement without prior notice if a user violates any provision of these terms.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
1. We are not liable for damages arising from use of this application except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated analysis or annotation results.
3. We are not liable for damages caused by specification changes, suspension, or failures of third-party services such as Google Gemini API or Stripe.
4. Management of API keys and license information is the user's responsibility, and we are not liable for damages caused by inadequate management thereof.
5. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds or cancellations for customer convenience are generally not accepted after purchase is confirmed.
6. We may end the service without prior notice for our own reasons, and are not liable for damages arising therefrom.
Article 7 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
Users represent that they are not and will not become affiliated with anti-social forces such as organized crime groups, their members, or related companies.
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
We may change these terms when necessary. Revised content takes effect when posted on the website.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to this service.
